Our standard health guarantee covers your kitten against any hereditary or congenital defects for a full 12 months from the date of purchase. Should your kitten be diagnosed with a genetic or congenital health condition by a licensed veterinarian within this period, we ask for proper veterinary documentation and commit to working closely with you to find a satisfactory solution. This may include replacement of the kitten, reimbursement, or other agreed-upon arrangements. We do ask that the kitten receives regular veterinary care and is kept in a safe, healthy environment throughout the guarantee period.

Beyond the initial 12 months, we are proud to offer a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects. We believe in supporting the wellbeing of our kittens and their families for the long haul. This lifetime guarantee ensures that if a congenital issue arises at any point during your Sphynx’s life and is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will assist you in addressing the situation. Our commitment extends to providing guidance, support, and potential solutions because we want every kitten to enjoy a full, happy life.

Please note that this health guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries resulting from accidents, neglect, improper care, or environmental factors beyond our control. We strongly encourage all owners to provide routine veterinary check-ups, a balanced diet, proper exercise, and safe living conditions to promote longevity and wellbeing. We are always available to discuss health concerns and offer advice throughout your cat’s life.
