SALES AGREEMENT Purchase Price: The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase one kitten for the total price of $700. Health Guarantee: The Breeder guarantees that the kitten is in good health at the time of sale and is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. The following health guarantees apply: [A] Veterinary Examination / Lifetime Congenital Guarantee: The Breeder provides a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects. The Buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving the kitten for a wellness examination. If the veterinarian determines that the kitten is ill or has a serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon the return of the kitten. [B] Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) & Hypoglycemia Guarantee: The Breeder guarantees the kitten against Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) for its lifetime. If the kitten is diagnosed with either condition by two (2) licensed veterinarians, the Breeder will offer a replacement kitten of equal value or issue a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. [C] Communicable Diseases: If the kitten is diagnosed with a communicable disease within fourteen (14) days of the Buyer receiving the kitten, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. [D] Mandatory Veterinary Check: The Buyer is required to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to complete this examination may void health guarantees. If a qualifying health issue or congenital defect is identified during this time, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten. Shipping and Pickup Terms: [A] Shipping: If the kitten is shipped, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Transportation will be arranged through a reputable pet delivery service, and tracking information will be provided. A payment of $500 is required at the time of signing this agreement, with the remaining balance due upon safe delivery of the kitten. [B] Pickup: If the Buyer chooses to pick up the kitten, a 100% refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time this agreement is completed. The remaining balance must be paid in full at pickup. If the Buyer visits the Breeder’s home and does not bond with the kitten, a full refund will be issued or the Buyer may select another available kitten. Payment Terms: For shipping, a partial payment of $500 is required prior to shipment, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. For pickup, a $300 deposit is required at the time of signing this agreement, with the remaining $500 balance due at pickup. Buyer’s Responsibilities: The Buyer agrees to provide proper and lifelong care for the kitten, including adequate food, clean water, safe shelter, exercise, and regular veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all applicable state and local laws regarding pet ownership. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and the Buyer. No other promises or representations, expressed or implied, are valid unless included in this written agreement.
